Irene is dedicated to ensuring every client has a positive and seamless experience from their very first phone call. She assists with scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, answering questions, and helping clients stay informed throughout the process.
As a familiar point of contact for many clients, Irene is available to provide support when Jordan is assisting other clients or unavailable. If she doesn't immediately have an answer to a question, she works closely with Jordan to make sure clients receive accurate information and timely follow-up.
Her goal is to make every interaction feel welcoming, responsive, and stress-free, so clients always know they have someone available to help.

Jordan Shanbrom founded California Life Coverage after seeing too many individuals and families enrolled in plans that simply didn’t fit their situation or goals.
